Podcast challenge

I’m new making PODCASTS and I ‘ve discovered that is a challenge because there are many things to learn before to start doing your first podcast. Apparently it is easy but only for people who drive many technological knowledge.But, it is not the only pitfall , you has to prepare scripts for each episode with enough anticipation to keep the continuity of your program and the interest from your audience. Also, you must be responsible from the sound , music and other details required to have a successful podcast. I believe that all is important but the topics that you are selecting must be enough captivating to catch audience. I have learn much about podcast , however, right now I’m structuring how is the best approach to give to it and the time invested is a lot . The point is that the motivation is big, and this encourages me to follow with the podcast and like coach I can tell you that the motivation is the engine that moves everything and found things that passionate you it will be the energy that will allow them cross all the obstacles that you can find in your way to your goals.
